My names Vee, and I was the stage man...Hey Nicole!

My names Vee, and I was the stage manager of RENT. Although I feel like Jake summed it all up well, I wanted to say that we are so honored that you came to our play and enjoyed it so much, we really did it for you, both nights! and they had never been better. It felt really great to know that after working so long on this we touched at least one person. Thank you for the affect you had on us as a cast, you really gave us the energy to make the play that much better. It was so nice to meet you and your mom and we all really hope you stay in touch with us and let us know whats going on!

And again as Jake said, if you have a facebook, friend us! :)vee wolaninhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04093017229437702735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4153264350972822004.post-67075672369007725402009-04-05T20:43:00.000-07:002009-04-05T20:43:00.000-07:00Hi Nicole! My name is Jake Honig and I played "Gord...Hi Nicole!

My name is Jake Honig and I played "Gordon" in the life support group at Amity High School's production of Rent.

I think I can speak on behalf of the entire cast when I say that I loved this blog post. We were so privileged to put on a performance that could affect someone the way it affected you. If it took four months of grueling rehearsals to make one person feel the way you did...then it was more than worth it.

We really did perform for you that night. Your presence brought out an energy in all of us that I had never seen before, and I know it was because you were there.

I'm so proud to be part of an incredibly talented ensemble that could make your stay in Connecticut as terrific as possible. I'm a college-bound senior now, trying to soak in the best memories of high school, and that show was truly one of them. Not only did we affect you, but you affected us. That night, our cast got so close and we were so sad to see our show close on Saturday night.

Once again, thank you so much for coming. We were honored, privileged, and truly touched to have you in our audience.

Love, Jake

Please try to keep in touch! If you have a facebook account, please please please friend all of us!jakehonighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09769528207032876120noreply@blogger.com
